The Data cables were nice and long, so no worries about that. Drivers were on a CD thank goodness. All and all, I am happy with my purchase. Before installing on the Windows server, I tried the card and drives on a Mandriva Spring system - the card was recognized and worked flawlessly with no intervention from me.
Also worked perfectly on the Win2K Server system. Pros: Worked right out of the box, you must have a floppy drive. Works fast to install "0" MS XP. Boot and shutdown less than 10sec! Cons: Formatting takes a long time for GB, took a little longer than an hour. My fault. If you want to use the raid as a secondary drive it works fine. I talked to tech support regarding not being able to install windows and they said they would send me a updated firmware in 1 business day, that was 2 weeks again and I'm still waiting.

Recieved the next day, with next day shipping, just before Christmas! Card is good value at price, comes will all cables including power. I tried to install both to the raid array and to a single drive on the IDE motherboard channel. IF I try three or four drives, the install fails hangs on checking system configuration I have contacted tech support and hopefully this is something than cen be resolved with a BIOS update.
