All of them are Canadian HD. But, Hauppauge tuner can receive only six HD channels. I may have to fine tune my antenna and test it again.

I ran your batch file but I still get the message that Windows Media Center is unable to determine your TV signal configuration. My antenna is connected and we have lots of channels on our DTV downstairs.
Does your method only work if you have cable as well? I understand how these controls might prevent novice users from selecting incompatible formats and requesting help, but can this be unlocked with a dialog saying "This configuration not supported, enable at your own risk? Monday, August 3, PM. MS need to address this. I uninstalled Win 7 and reinstalled WinXP because of this. No ATSC support is a no go for me. Tuesday, August 4, PM. Until windows addresses this issue I keep telling people to not purchase vista or windows 7. I know over 20 people still running XP that I setup PVR-media centre systems on and another 10 or so with the vista work around can't do updating though.
So there is 30 copies of Windows 7 not being sold. Microsoft please fix this so we can update our systems, you'll sell more copies in Canada. I have to agree. I was hoping that windows 7 would solve this. Failing that I would welcome an interface that woulds allow me to manually add channels and browse alll available guide entries to selec the right ones.
